By using Brightskins, signing in with Steam, creating an order, contacting support, or submitting feedback, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Marketplace use

• You are responsible for providing a correct Steam trade URL and accurate checkout details.
• Prices, item availability, transfer chance, and delivery status may change based on market conditions.
• Orders may be declined, delayed, cancelled, or refunded if an item becomes unavailable or unsafe to deliver.
• You must not use Brightskins for fraud, abuse, automated scraping, payment abuse, or unlawful activity.

3. Payments and delivery

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Brightskins may collect payment-related customer details required by those providers and by fraud-prevention rules.

Digital item delivery depends on Steam trade availability, CS2 market availability, and security checks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Account and support

Steam sign-in is required for protected actions such as support, feedback submission, and order creation. We may restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

5. Liability

Brightskins is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for Steam outages, market API outages, payment provider outages, incorrect user-provided trade links, or third-party service failures.
