1. Digital item orders
Brightskins sells digital in-game items. Once an item has been successfully delivered or accepted through Steam trade, the order is generally final unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. When refunds may be available
- The selected item became unavailable before purchase or delivery.
- Payment was captured but the order could not be completed after reasonable retry attempts.
- A duplicate payment or clear technical error occurred.
- Support confirms that cancellation is appropriate before delivery is completed.
3. When refunds may be refused
- The user provided an incorrect or unavailable Steam trade URL.
- The user accepted or received the delivered item.
- The order is blocked due to fraud checks, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- External Steam restrictions prevent delivery after the user confirmed incorrect account information.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support through the Contacts page and include your order ID, Steam account, payment email, and a short description of the issue. Refund review times depend on payment provider processing and order investigation.
